By accessing or using Original Creation's platform ("the Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using the Service.

Original Creation provides a digital platform for the secure storage, management, and traceability of product data, including digital product passports and supply chain mapping. While we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, we are committed to informing users in a timely manner if such changes materially impact functionality or access.

Access to certain features of the Service requires account registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. You agree to promptly inform us of any unauthorized use or security breach.

You retain full ownership of any data you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant Original Creation a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to store, process, and use such data strictly for the purpose of delivering and maintaining the Service. All components of the Service, including but not limited to its design, code, trademarks, and content, are the exclusive property of Original Creation or its licensors, protected under Swedish and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written consent from us.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Original Creation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of data, business, revenue, or profits — arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," and we make no express or implied warranties regarding its performance, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose, except as otherwise required by law.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be finally settled by Swedish courts with exclusive jurisdiction. Each party irrevocably agrees to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts. Users accessing the Service from outside Sweden are responsible for complying with applicable local regulations and laws in their jurisdiction.
